Do you want to lead projects that make a real difference for the ocean along Sweden's coast?

CleanSea is now looking for a project manager who wants to help develop our operations and drive projects that contribute to cleaner seas and make a concrete difference.

CleanSea is a fast-growing company with the goal of protecting the ocean and marine animals by removing plastic and other debris from the sea and coastline. We started in 2019, and so far we have collected 100,000 kg of marine debris!

About the role:

As a project manager at CleanSea, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and developing various projects. The projects vary in size and nature, and the purpose of the role is to give you significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both content and working methods.

Examples of projects may include:

• Driving and coordinating customer and partner projects that make a concrete difference for the ocean.
• Developing CleanSea's product range (currently CleanSea bracelets, t-shirts, and hoodies) with new products.
• Planning and organizing events such as cleanups with companies, fairs, or other customer events.
• Launching and developing new campaigns and initiatives, such as a project to remove ghost gear from the ocean, collections to reach, for example, 100,000 plastic bottles, or other campaigns.

The role can be structured between 50-100% (depending on you) and is based at our office in central Örebro.

Previous experience in project management is an advantage, but we highly value the right attitude, drive, and willingness to develop.
